My Terms of Use

Please read carefully.
The only payment option is PayPal.
If you’d like to use one of my designs on your blog, please email me here and let me know which one you want BEFORE you paypal me any money.
Once I receive your payment, I will change the header image text and description text if the header and description text are part of the image. If this text is not part of the image then it means that whatever you’ve titled your blog in the “Dashboard” will appear on the blog.
I will not make any other changes to the graphics. Any other changes to the design are your own responsibility and at your own risk.
When your design is completed (approximately 24 - 48 hours form receipt of payment), I will email you a zip file including the blogger code, instructions and all the images. The images will be hosted on my photobucket account, however you might like to save them to your own server in which case it is your responsibly to change the image paths in the code.
The design is to be installed by you. It is your own responsibility to add/subtract widgets and content as you see fit. If you currently have widgets in your blog then I STRONGLY advise you to back up this data - installing a new template erases widgets and they’ll have to be installed again.
If you are unsure of how to install your template, I can do it for you, however I will need brief access to your blogger dashboard.
Please do not remove the credits at the bottom of the template.
I will not be liable for any damage or loss of data due using one of my templates. Remember - back your data up before you make any changes to your blog!
